Club and Association Agreement

Jumpball · Last updated 26 September 2026

This agreement applies when a club, association, school or similar organisation (the "club") buys a Jumpball plan for its coaches. It sits alongside the Terms of Use, which every coach also accepts.

1. Seats and administrators

  • The plan includes a set number of coach seats. The club decides who fills them and can add or remove coaches at any time.
  • The club names one or more administrators. Administrators act for the club inside Jumpball.

2. Club teams

  • When a coach links a team to the club, the team becomes the club's team. Administrators can see and edit everything in it, including player records, plans, reviews, replies and chat, and can hand it to another coach. The coach is told this before linking.
  • A coach's own drill library, private notebook and personal accreditation records are not part of a club team. A coach may choose to share their accreditation status (names and expiry dates only) with the club.
  • Only an administrator can release a team from the club.

3. The club's responsibilities

  • The club is the organisation that holds the information in club teams and handles it under its own member protection, child safeguarding and privacy policies, and under Australian privacy law where it applies.
  • The club is responsible for checking its coaches' Working with Children clearances and accreditation through the official registers. Jumpball does not verify them.
  • The club is responsible for its administrators' conduct in the services, including team chat moderation.
  • The club keeps its administrator logins secure and tells us promptly if it thinks an account has been misused.

4. Jumpball's responsibilities

  • We host the services securely in Australia, keep them available with reasonable care, and provide support to the club's administrators.
  • We never sell or use club data for marketing, and we access it only for support, security or legal reasons.
  • If the plan ends, administrators can export club team data for 30 days, after which it is deleted unless a coach keeps a team outside the club.

5. Payment and ending the plan

  • Plans are billed as shown at sign-up, in Australian dollars including GST, and renew automatically until cancelled from More → Manage billing.
  • Either party may end the plan at the end of the current period. We may suspend a plan for serious breach of this agreement or the Terms of Use.
